Who is your MMA inspiration and why?

My inspiration is everyone at Team Oyama. Since I’ve been there I’ve seen like minded people.. they work hard every day, eating clean, putting in the extra work, doing everything to our best abilities to make ourself better everyday. I also am inspired by T.J. Dillashaw Ever since I started watching MMA I knew I wanted to have a smiler style and that killer instinct he had inside the cage.

What is your favorite cheat meal?

My favorite cheat meal would probably be chorizo with some rice.. a lot of people think it’s a weird combination to have white rice, chorizo, soy sauce and cottage cheese.. but I’ve grown up on it and it’s delicious anybody I’ve had try it says it’s good.

What do you do with your free time, other than train?

In my free time, I like to watch movies, play video games or eat food.. other then training and work I don’t do a lot of other things.. I like to go outside and play horse with my little brothers or go on a bike ride if I’m in Bakersfield.

Who was your toughest opponent and why?

My toughest opponent would have to be myself.. I get really nervous and scared to go fight but I know I have to trust the work I’ve put in.. but people wise would have to be all the people at Team Oyama.. I get beat up everyday by them.

What are your future MMA goals?

My goals in MMA is to be a world champ just like anybody else.. but for right now I would like to just grow as a mixed martial artist and defend my belt for 559 then move on to bigger amateur promotions as test my skills.

Do you have any hidden talents?

I can Gleak anytime I want or I can make a rain drop noise from my mouth and I can sing.

How would your bestfriends describe you?

My friends would describe me as hard working, self motivated when I want to be, Determined and ambitious.

What was your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subject was history because he was really easy.. but my favorite class I took was drama class I enjoyed acting on stage (Least favorite Spanish class).

What is your favorite movie?

My favorite movie would be any of the spider mans, or the Longest yard (Adam Sandler).

What are you doing to stay ready during this pandemic?

I have been running shadow boxing and hitting the bag.. I’ve been trying to work on hand speed and footwork..
